Compliance Statements

Under s54G of the Commerce Act 1986, electricity distributor’s like Aurora are subject to price-quality regulation. Breaching of price-quality thresholds will invite investigation by the Commerce Commission and, if unsatisfactorily explained, can result in the Commission taking direct control of the business’ pricing, revenue, or quality.
