Threshold Compliance Statements

Statements are provided to demonstrate compliance with the Commerce Commission’s targeted control regime.

Distributor’s like Aurora are subjected to both price and quality thresholds. Breaching any threshold will invite further investigation by the Commerce Commission and, if unsatisfactorily explained, can result in the Commission taking direct control of the business’ pricing, revenue, or quality.
