Power has been restored to all customers on the Aurora Energy network in Dunedin, Central Otago and Queenstown Lakes after severe weather caused power outages over the weekend. We thank the exceptional efforts of our crews to get power back to customers in testing conditions. Severe weather has caused power outages on the Aurora Energy network in Dunedin, Central Otago and Queenstown Lakes. Our crews have worked hard in difficult conditions to get power back on to most customers affected. In some areas, access to carry out repairs is being prevented by flooding and land slips. Due to the continuation of severe weather throughout Dunedin and Central Otago we have decided to cancel all planned outage for Thursday.
