Under the traffic light system, our team and crews will be delivering business as usual, following the guidance for working safely under the relevant settings.

Important information for visitors to Aurora Energy premises

To help keep our team safe and ensure we can continue serving our customers, we have introduced COVID-19 protocols for access to all Aurora Energy offices and sites.

Visits by prior appointment only

Please do not visit any Aurora Energy sites (offices and substations) unless you have a pre-arranged appointment, or are a regular supplier or contractor who has already been contacted by Aurora Energy with a request to supply verification of vaccination status.

Vaccination Passes / Masks

Under the new protocols, we require you to provide us with proof of your vaccination, preferably before arrival. All visitors are required to scan in using the QR code at our entry and to sign in using our electronic ‘Who’s on location?’ sign in system. When signing in, you will be asked to verify you have been double vaccinated and are happy for an Aurora Energy team member to view your My Vaccine Pass. We ask that you please wear a face mask or covering when in our sites, even if you are vaccinated.

Anyone who is not fully vaccinated and requires alternative arrangements to join a meeting should contact the person they made the appointment with.
