The project is taking place in stages. The construction stage, with Martin Civil Construction, was scheduled for completion in early 2023. This was be followed by the installation of electrical equipment by contractors Delta, with the project scheduled to be completed by mid-2023. 

Due to the nature of the work, there will be a temporary move required for the bus stop on Somerville Street. We are working with Dunedin City Council and Otago Regional Council to reduce the impact to local residents as much as possible. Traffic management will also be in place when required throughout the project.
