Holiday Operating Hours 2021

There are no planned power outages scheduled on the Aurora Energy electricity network from 24 December 2021 to 10 January 2022. The Aurora Energy offices will close on Christmas Eve and reopen on Wednesday 5 January 2022.

Our emergency response service is available 24/7 throughout the holiday period on 0800 22 00 05.

The [email protected] email will not be monitored during this period and emails will be responded to when the office reopens on 5 January 2022.
