Holiday Operating Hours 2022

There are no planned power outages scheduled on the Aurora Energy electricity network from 22 December 2022 to 5 January 2023. The Aurora Energy offices will close on Christmas Eve and reopen on Wednesday, 4 January 2023.

Our emergency response service is available 24/7 throughout the holiday period on 0800 22 00 05.

The [email protected] email will not be monitored during this period, and emails will be responded to when the office reopens on 9 January 2023.
