There were two parts to the pricing consultation:

  1. Our pricing strategy, outlining our long-term approach to pricing and the steps we think are needed to make our pricing more cost reflective.
  2. Our pricing methodology, outlining the steps we proposed to improve how we allocate costs to each of our pricing areas, for recovery in prices, and to simplify how we present our prices.
