Update 7 - Snow Related Power Outages - Wakatipu Basin, 20 September 2018, 10:00:00

Power was restored at 8.11pm last night after crews completed repairs at multiple sites in hard-to-access areas.

Aurora Energy would like to thank all customers affected by the power outages for their patience and understanding while we carried out the repairs.

If anyone is still without power please call Aurora Energy on 0800 22 00 05. A spring snow dump hit the Wakatipu area on Monday and fallen trees and snow caused damage to electricity infrastructure in the area.
